TINVO USER AGREEMENT

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Tinvo mobile application ("App")—designed for home baking enthusiasts to log experiments, track recipes, and access baking tools (e.g., unit converter, success rate tracker)—you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tinvo. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to use the App. By using Tinvo, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. App Services & Usage Rules

Tinvo provides the following core services, which you may use only in compliance with this Agreement:

• Logging baking experiments: Capturing photos of ingredients, preparation steps, and finished products; adding text notes (e.g., recipe adjustments, failure reasons, family feedback).
• Tools: Using the built-in baking unit converter (for metric-imperial conversions) and recipe success rate tracker.
• Storage: Securely storing your baking logs and recipe data within the App (subject to Section 5: Data Privacy).

You agree not to:

• Use Tinvo for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose (e.g., sharing copyrighted recipe content without permission).
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or hack the App to access restricted features or data.
• Upload or share content that is offensive, violent, or violates third-party rights (e.g., trademarks, privacy).
• Disrupt or interfere with the App’s servers or other users’ access to the service.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Tinvo (e.g., photos, notes, custom recipes). By uploading content, you grant Tinvo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Store, display, and process your content to provide the App’s services (e.g., organizing your baking logs).
• Improve the App (e.g., analyzing anonymized usage data to enhance tool functionality—no personal or identifiable content will be used for this without your explicit consent).

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and confirm that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Data Privacy

Tinvo collects and uses your data only as necessary to provide and improve the App. We may collect:

• Personal data: If you provide it (e.g., email for account recovery, but no mandatory account creation is required).
• Usage data: Anonymized information about how you use the App (e.g., frequency of tool usage, types of baked goods logged) to enhance features.
• Content data: The photos and notes you upload (stored securely and not shared with third parties unless required by U.S. law).

We will not sell your personal data to third parties. For more details, see our Privacy Policy (available within the App’s "Settings" menu).

6. Termination

Tinvo may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement (e.g., uploading harmful content, hacking the service). You may also terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the App and discontinuing use.

Upon termination, your non-personal data (e.g., anonymized usage stats) may be retained for App improvement, but your personal content (e.g., baking logs) will be deleted from our servers (you may export your data before termination via the App’s "Export" feature).

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Disclaimers: Tinvo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific baking needs. The recipe success rate tracker is a tool for reference only—we are not liable for baking results.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, Tinvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., wasted ingredients, time loss) arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims related to this Agreement shall not exceed $50.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will notify you via the App (e.g., a pop-up message) and update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of Tinvo after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
